Ham and Cheese Toasts

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3 ounces smoked ham, diced
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped stuffed olives
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 24 toast points
Directions
- In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, olives and hot pepper sauce. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo and mustard.
- Spread mayo mixture evenly over the toast points.
- Spoon cheese mixture evenly on top. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
