Ham and Cheese Toasts

Ingredients

  • 34 cup  shredded swiss cheese
  • 3  ounces smoked ham, diced
  • 12 cup  finely chopped  stuffed olives
  • 1  dash  hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1  teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 24  toast points

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, olives and hot pepper sauce. Mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayo and mustard.
  3. Spread mayo mixture evenly over the toast points.
  4. Spoon cheese mixture evenly on top. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
