Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

This is a great recipe. Every time I bring it someone asks for the recipe.

Yields: 46 pinwheels

Directions

  1. Drain ham.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in mixer and mix well.
  3. Spread evenly on tortillas.
  4. Wrap tightly and refrigerate in large ziplock for 2 hours or more.
  5. Slice into 3/4" slices and refrigerate until serving time.
