Yields: 12 muffins

Ingredients

1 cup cheese, grated (your favorite)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
2 cups biscuit mix
¹⁄₂ cup milk
³⁄₄ cup ham, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together & beat one minute.
Grease muffin tins & fill 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
