  1. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat margarine.
  2. Add ham, onion and pepper and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add soup, milk, mustard and potatoes.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring often.
