Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package refriderated crescent rolls
- 8 ounces smoked ham, chopped
- 6 eggs (1 1/2 C of egg substitute can be used)
- 1⁄2 cup cold milk (low fat or fat free milk will work well)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2⁄3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped red green & yellow bell peppers
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Finely chop peppers.
- Unroll Crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish making sure to cover seams and holes.
- Sprinkle ham and chopped peppers over the crust.
- Whisk milk, eggs and pepper until blended.
- Top with cheeses.
- Place in center of oven and bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
