Ham and Cheddar Casserole

This a wonderful easy meal that I learned from my grandmother when I was a young girl, it was always a favorite around our house when I was growing up. A meal in itself or you can add your favorite vegetables on the side. It is a hot delicious healthy meal that will satisfy a hearty eater. Show more

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 6-8 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) bag  broad egg noodles
  • 1  lb ham steak, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans  cream of mushroom soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans  cream of chicken soup

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. boil eggnoodles and drain.
  3. layer ingredients in a large casserole dish.
  4. top with shredded cheese.
  5. bake for 40 minute.
