Ingredients

  • 105 78 ounces  wheat
  • 211 58 ounces water
  • 2  tablespoons salt
  • 35 14 ounces  mutton
  • 8 78 ounces butter
  • 1  tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2  tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. soak the wheat over night.
  2. cook the wheat,mutton and salt for 6 hour.
  3. next blend that untill mutton is fuzz for 1.5,2 hours.
  4. next Remove from heat Halim for 1 hour.
  5. decorate that with butter and mixed sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy!
