Haddock With Red Currant

Ingredients
- 500 g haddock (cleaned, must be without fishbone)
- 250 g red currants
- 2 tablespoons medium red onions
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cherries or 2 apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 avocado
- 100 g garlic chives
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Crush garlics and onions.
- In a frying pan,mix the red currants with garlic onion 3 table spoon oil,vinegar,,wine and salt.
- cook nearly 5 - 6 minutes.
- mix 3 table spoon oil and black pepper and add little salt.
- spread this mixture every part of fishes with a brush and keep them 10 minutes by covering the dish.
- cut the avocado and tomatoes in to small pieces.
- cut the garlic chives into small pieces.
- after 10 minutes, grill the fishes for 6 minutes.
- add 1 table spoon red currabt sauce over every fish.
- Then place avocado tomatos and garlic chive over.
