I had leftover lamb from Greek Lamb Rotisserie/Grill Methods and Tzatziki Cucumber Dipping Sauce and put together these tasty gyro's using leg of lamb sliced very thin, not ground pork and lamb. Show more

Directions

  1. Warm pita`s in a 325 degree oven wraped in foil for 5 minutes.
  2. Distribute all the ingredients on the pita`s folding in 1/2.
  3. Lay on a wax paper and bundle up leaving the end open. This will keep your gyro from dripping all the goodness on you.
