  1. Saute the onions and green peppers in the butter until the onions are transparent.
  2. Add the tomato paste and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beef cubes and then add all of the other ingredients.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve hot alone or over potatoes or pasta.
