Ingredients
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup chicken stock
- 2 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Simmer the minced onion with the garlic clove in a little butter for 5 minutes. Remove the garlic clove, add all the rest of ingredients. Simmer with lid on for 10 minutes. Serve with lemon zest sprinkled on top.
