Guacamole Dip

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 4 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
Directions
- Mash avocadoes, leaving some small chunks, if desired. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
