Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of
- 1 lime, juice and zest of
- 1⁄2 red onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tomatoes (I use roma)
- 1 bunch cilantro leaf, rinsed and chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Halve and pit avacodos and scoop out flesh. Smash with a fork in a bowl leaving a little chuncky.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap, pushing it down on the dip, and chill for at least an hour.
