Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves or 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 -3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- pepper
- salt
Directions
- Remove skin and stones from the avocados and place the avocado flesh in a bowl. Mash with a fork or immersion blender to desired consistency.
- Add lemon juice, crushed garlic (or garlic powder, if using), tabasco sauce and creme fraiche. Mix well.
- Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately as the guacamole will go brown after a couple of hours.
