Guacamole

Yields: 1 dip
Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium avocados
- 12 tablespoons onions, greated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 4 tablespoons canned green chilies, chopped
Directions
- Peel avocados, remove seeds.
- Chop coarsley. place in blender container.
- Add lemon juice, onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and chilies.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cover and chill thoroghly.
- Serve on bed of lettuce, garnish with tomato wedges and croutons.
- Or serve with chips.
