Gryby W Smetanye (Mushrooms With Sour Cream)

Ingredients

• 6  tablespoons butter or 6  tablespoons margarine
• 1  large onion, chopped
• 2  tablespoons flour
• 2  tablespoons milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
• 1 1⁄4 lbs mushrooms, sliced
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Melted butter in a large skillet and saute onion till golden.
2. Sprinkle with flour, add milk and 3/4 cup sour cream while stirring.
3. Bring just to a simmer, add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper & paprika.
4. Simmer covered for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in remaining sour cream, heat thoroughly while stirring constantly, and serve.
