  1. In a large saucepan or dutch oven, fry chopped bacon until crisp.
  2. Add onion and peppers and cook just until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add hot dogs and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Crumble ground beef into pan and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, keeping some in the pan for added flavor.
  5. Stir in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes or until thickened to your liking.
