Groundnut Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 2  cups groundnuts, roasted and coarsely powdered
  • 1  large onion, finely chopped
  • 4  slices  bread, soaked in water and drained
  • 4 -5  green chilies
  •  coriander leaves
  • 12 tablespoon  ginger-garlic paste
  •  salt
  • 2 -3  tablespoons  maida flour (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)

Directions

  1. Mix all together to form a thick mixture.
  2. Make balls.
  3. Preheat oil to 375°F.
  4. Press, dip in maida paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
