Groundnut Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 cups groundnuts, roasted and coarsely powdered
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 slices bread, soaked in water and drained
- 4 -5 green chilies
- coriander leaves
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons maida flour (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)
Directions
- Mix all together to form a thick mixture.
- Make balls.
- Preheat oil to 375°F.
- Press, dip in maida paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
