Ground Beef Salad Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3⁄4 white onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (I used Ragu chunky roasted garlic)
- 1 cup water
- 1 (12 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄2 cup shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
Directions
- Brown meat and onion over medium-high heat in a skillet; drain.
- Add peppers, spaghetti sauce, and water; bring to boil.
- Stir in salad mix, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cayenne. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes until it's hot and lettuce is wilted.
- Stir in cheese. Serve.
