Grilled Vegetable Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, diced into bite size pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced, grilled and diced
- 1⁄4 cup basil, fresh and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Place first 6 ingredients in a glass bowl and mix together.
- Let sit for 1/2 hour and add olive oil.
- Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve -- the longer it sits the better.
