  1. Make cranberry spread: in a small bowl, mix the ingredients together until blended; set aside.
  2. In a big bowl, combine the turkey, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper; cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill; form turkey into 4 patties; brush both sides with oil.
  4. Grill over medium heat, turning once, until pink is no longer showing in the center, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the buns on the grill until lightly toasted; spread cut sides of buns with Cranberry Spread.
  6. Add patty, lettuce, and pickles; serve immediately.
