Grilled T-Bone Steaks Florentine

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons null or 1 1⁄2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 2 beef t-bone steaks (3/4-inch-1-inch inch thick)
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Blend frist 6 ingredients in shallow pan. Add steaks, turning to coat both sides. Let marinate at room temperature at least 1 hour.
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Drain steaks and sprinkle with salt. Place on grill rack and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
