Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 bay leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except fish in a shallow pan.
- Add fish and coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 6 hours, turning 2-3 times.
- Grill.
