Grilled Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2⁄3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup minced water chestnut
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 large red bell peppers, seeded and halved lengthwise
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except peppers.
- Spoon mixture into pepper halves. Place on grill, meat sides down and grill 3-4 minutes.
- Turn peppers and grill until meat is no longer pink in the center. Peppers will be charred.
