Feeds my Sriracha addiction. May be served as a main dish or appetizer. May, also, be pan fried.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Oil the grill grates or a grill pan.
  2. Put the ground turkey, egg, panko, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, cilantro, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, Sriracha and salt into a bowl and with a gentle hand, combine until all ingredients are well distributed into the meat. Mixture should be fairly soft. Form into about 20 meatballs.
  3. If using a grill pan, pre-heat for 5 minutes before placing on the meatballs. Grill meatballs until they are cooked through, turning every 5-7 minutes until all sides are browned. Total cooking time will be about 30 minutes or slightly less if you're cooking the meatballs directly on the grill.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
