Grilled Savory Cheese Potatoes

I found this recipe in the 2009 Betty Crocker Annual Recipes Cookbook. It's a definite keeper. I have not tried them on the grill yet; instead I cooked them in a 350 oven for the same amount of time. They came out great. Show more

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 4  cups  o'brien frozen potatoes, with onions and bell peppers (from a 28 oz. bag)
  • 12 cup  ranch dressing
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2  tablespoons  grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill (or preheat oven to 350).
  2. Spray 12x8" foil pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place potatoes in pan.
  4. Drizzle with dressing; mix gently.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover pan with foil.
  7. Place pan on grill over medium heat (or place in preheated oven).
  8. Cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pan 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  9. To serve, carefully remove foil.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
