Grilled Satay Wings

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 3 slices gingerroot (peeled)
- 4 garlic cloves (mashed)
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 3 lbs chicken wings (cut at joints)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wings. Then add chicken. Marinate overnite in fridge. Grill 8 - 9 minutes per side until dark brown.
