Grilled Salmon With Chive Sauce Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 -4 salmon fillets, skinned
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon scallion, minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, blend the ingredients to a smooth the mixture.
- Generously coat the salmon filets with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot grill 6-8 minutes until they’ll turn without sticking. Cook the opposite side for 2- minutes until done. Plate the salmon hot off the grill and serve with the dressing spooned over the top.
