Grilled Potatoes With Herbs

  1. Wash potatoes and slice into 1/2" thick sections. Place into a zip-top plastic bag with all the other ingredients. Seal bag and toss to coat potatoes. Set aside until ready to cook.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium low.
  3. Place potato slices over the heat of a well-oiled grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.
