Grilled Potatoes

I love barbequeing, so I made this simple grilled potato recipe. New baby potatoes usually taste the best...but of course you can use any potato and cut it up, as well as use this recipe any time of the year! Show more

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 3  cups baby red potatoes, washed and skin left on
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1  teaspoon black pepper
  • 2  tablespoons  clubhouse  vegetable seasoning
  • 14 cup water, approx to avoid burning the potatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat your bbq to medium-high setting.
  2. In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, margarine, onion, spices, seasoning.
  3. Wrap the mixture in tin foil or put in tin foil pan. Add the water. Cover potatoes.
  4. BBQ for approx 30-40 min, until tender.
