Grilled Pork Chops Marinade

I was looking for a marinade recipe for pork chops and found one on cooks.com. This is my variation of it. It makes a very tender and tasty pork chop.

Ingredients

• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄3 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
•  pepper
• 2  pork chops

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour over pork chops, placed in a Ziploc bag.
3. Marinate overnight and grill about 10 minutes on either side.
