Grilled Pineapple Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 lbs flank steaks
Directions
- Prick steak on both sides with fork.
- Whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Pour over meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Grill to desired doneness. Cut diagonally into slices.
