Grilled Peaches With Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 4  ripe  peaches, cut in half skin on
  • 1  tablespoon olive oil
  • 13 lb  sliced prosciutto

Directions

  1. Brush the cut side of the peach with oil and grill over medium coals, cut side down until grill marks develop, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from grill.
  3. Place on a plate with slices of prosciutto and grilled bread.
