Grilled Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb 70% lean ground beef
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1⁄2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 4 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups Progresso Plain Bread Crumbs
- pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, dry then wet. Mix well.
- Form meatballs to your preferred size.
- Preheat grill (BBQ) on high for 2 mins, cut to low - place meatballs around perimeter. Cook 7-10 minutes, roll to another side, cook 7-10mins, roll to another side cook 7-10mins.
- Continue to cook and roll as needed until meatballs are done.
