Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions
- Trim steak. Place in a shallow pan and prick with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and turn steak to coat.
- Let marinate at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, turning once or twice.
- Prepare grill or broiler.
- Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.
- Grill or broil, turning once, 10-14 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before carving.
