Grilled Maple Salmon With Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 4 salmon fillets
Directions
- Preheat a lightly oiled grill to medium-hot.
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and ginger.
- Generously brush pineapple slices with mixture and then salmon.
- Place the salmon on the grill and brush again with marinade.
- Grill pineapple for 2 to 4 minutes per side.
- Grill salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or just until cooked through.
- Serve salmon topped with pineapple slice.
