Grilled Maple Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
Maple Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Chicken
- 6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves (6-8oz each)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and brush glaze generously on all sides.
- Grill chicken breasts over medium heat, turning once, until no longer pink in the center, 6-8 minutes on each side.
