Grilled Lemon Nut Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons oil (divided)
- 3 tablespoons toasted nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds) or 3 tablespoons sesame seeds (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss trimmed asparagus with 1 tablespoon oil and grill until tender, turning occasionally - about 10 minutes. Remove asparagus from grill.
- Heat remaining oil in a heavy skillet, add nuts, lemon juice and grilled asparagus. Toss to coat and cook for about 1 minute, until heated through. Serve immediately.
