  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in large glass baking dish.
  2. Arrange lamb chops in single layer in dish; turn to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning and basting often.
  4. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead; keep chilled.).
  5. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  6. Transfer lamb to plate.
  7. Mix honey into marinade.
  8. Grill lamb to desired doneness, turning and basting with marinade often, about 10 minutes for medium-rare.
