Grilled Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 -3 1⁄2 lbs cut-up broiler-fryer chickens
- 1⁄3 cup country-style dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine Dijon mustard, mustard seed, honey and ground pepper in bowl.
- Place chicken, skin sides up, on grill.
- Brush with mustard mixture.
- Cover and grill 5 to 6 inches from medium coals 15 minutes; turn chicken.
- Brush with mustard mixture.
- Cover and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning and brushing with mustard mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pieces are cut.
