Grilled French Fries With Spicy Ketchup

- Preheat barbecue or grill to medium high.
- Spicy ketchup: in a small bowl, combine ketchup, hot sauce and vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
- Cut potatoes into wedges, 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly grease grill. Place potato wedges on preheated grill and cook until golden brown, turning once or twice. About 12 minutes.
- Serve with spicy ketchup.
