Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (2 lb) flank steaks
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
- Turn a few times.
- Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
- Slice steak in thin pieces.
- Make sure you cut against the grain.
