Grilled Corn With Citrus Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 12 teaspoons  packed finely grated  orange peel
  • 1  teaspoon  packed finely grated lemon peel
  • 1  teaspoon  packed finely grated lime peel
  • 1  teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  •  vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 6  ears corn, husked

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl; mash to combine.
  2. Mix in butter.
  3. Preheat barbecue (medium heat).
  4. Spray corn with nonstick spray.
  5. Grill until browned in spots, turning often, about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve with citrus butter.
