Grilled Chili-Lime Halibut

Ingredients
- 4 (4 -6 ounce) halibut fillets
- 1⁄2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1⁄4 cup black sesame seed
Directions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
- Pour marinade over halibut fillets.
- Cover and marinate halibut fillets for at least 1 hour.
- In the meantime, prepare the grill.
- Grill until the halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
