  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Rub the chicken with ¼ teaspoon of salt, all of the paprika, coriander and sugar.
  2. Grill the chicken 8 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, in a food processor, puree the parsley, broth, lemon juice, oil and the remaining ¼ teaspoon salt.
  4. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.
