Ingredients
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons garlic, MINCED
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Combine ingredients and marinate chicken thighs at least overnight.
- Grill until done.
