Grilled Chicken

I also use this recipe in the summer when I am BBQing. Easy to do and very tasty.

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a flat dish.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken and let stand in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Turn once.
  5. Remove chicken from dish and lay on a broiler pan.
  6. Broil skin down for 12 minutes and skin up for 15 minutes.
  7. Baste in marinade.
