Grilled Carnegie Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices rye bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3⁄4 cup deli mustard
- 8 ounces thinly sliced pastrami
- 3 kosher dill pickles, thinly sliced
- 4 slices swiss cheese
Directions
- Brush one side of each slice bread with butter. Place on work surface, buttered side down.
- Top 4 bread slices with pastrami, pickles and cheese. Cover with remaining bread slices, press together gently.
- Place on panini grill and grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
