Grilled Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

Lovely side for a hot day or great for finger food instead of chips.

Directions

  1. Place asparagus and all of ingredients except for prosciutto, in a microwavable dish.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. preheat grill to high.
  4. When cool enough to handle, wrap each spear, including some of the seasoning with one slice of prosciutto. repeat with all spears.
  5. Grill turning to brown and crisp each side. Enjoy!
  6. NOTE:
  7. No need for salt because the proscuitto is salty.
