Grilled Asparagus With Sesame Ginger and Soy

Ingredients
- 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 red chile, deseeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 kg asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Directions
- Preheat BBQ or chargrill.
- Combine water, ginger, lime juice and chilli, stir well set aside.
- Toss asparagus in oil and grill until charred on all sides.
- Mix with garlic and sesame seeds.
- Add soy and reserved ginger mixture. Serve.
